Information collected
The final policy will describe server logs, contact submissions, consent choices, analytics data, and advertising data actually used by the production site. It will not claim that a service is active before that service is configured.
How information is used
Permitted purposes may include operating and securing the site, responding to messages, understanding aggregate site use, meeting legal obligations, and—only after disclosure and consent where required—supporting advertising.
Third-party services
The production version must name the analytics, advertising, anti-spam, hosting, and embedded-media providers actually in use, with links to their relevant policies.
Retention and choices
The production version must state retention periods and explain applicable access, deletion, objection, opt-out, and consent-withdrawal choices.

A monitored privacy contact method must be added before publication. Administrator emails and private account identifiers must not be exposed.
